Make Your Mark:
The People Operations Adviser works in a shared services capacity and supports the People Team in Europe. This role is essential in supporting the day-to-day HR operations, being a primary contact point for HR queries, engaging in projects and supporting process improvements.
You'll Get To:
• First point of contact for HR related queries.
• Managing the HR Operations inbox/case management ensuring accuracy and SLAs.
• Ensure HR records, files and systems are maintained accurately and consistently.
• Prepare and administer documentation, ensure employee files are maintained.
• Deliver New Hire Orientation and manage the employee onboarding process.
• Managing a variety of duties and employee transactions within employee lifecycle.
• Payroll and general HR support.
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
• Maintaining Standardised Operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support the HR team with projects.
What You'll Bring:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with HR policies and employment law.
• Knowledge of French, German and/or Spanish.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Requires analytical, critical thinking, and interpretive skills to apply various employment situations in line with policies and procedures.
• Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
