Role Overview:
Could you be our next Graphic Designer II? Globe Life is looking for a Graphic Designer II to join the team!
This role is responsible for supporting the Marketing Department by developing and executing creative solutions across print and digital channels. Working with limited direction, this role collaborates with designers, writers, and marketing partners to refine ideas, solve design challenges, and deliver work that supports business objectives while maintaining established brand standards.
This is a hybrid position located in McKinney, Texas (WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday).
What You Will Do:
- Design and produce marketing and communication materials across print and digital platforms.
- Develop visual solutions that support project goals, messaging, and brand standards.
- Apply established brand systems to ensure consistency across complex deliverables.
- Execute design projects with limited direction while maintaining alignment with creative direction.
- Manage assigned work through the project management system to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
- Prepare final design files for delivery across channels and formats.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and marketing partners to refine creative work and resolve design challenges.
- Contribute ideas during concept development and project planning.
What You Can Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or 3-5 years of equivalent experience.
- A portfolio demonstrating a range of design work across print and digital channels.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and color principles.
- Ability to apply brand systems consistently across complex projects and deliverables.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in creative execution.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal oversight.
- Clear communication and collaboration with cross-functional partners.
