The GPS Manager engages with customers at a senior level to resolve complex issues affecting technological milestones. They manage the GPS team, ensure comprehensive customer support, and contribute to product design processes while driving training and mentorship for engineers. They also partner with quality assurance to address key operational challenges and guide project priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Engages with customers at a Senior level to solve High Value Problems affecting customer's ability to achieve technology milestones.

Manages GPS team providing highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. 

Ensure legacy corrective actions and Lessons Learned are captured in New Products design intent. Contribute to the FMECA process. 

Implement appropriate training plans to enhance strength of the unit. Mentor new engineers.

Technology expert on several product lines within the BU

Participate in and drive Engineering Design Reviews

Partner with Quality & Reliability (Q&R) group to review and address Top Field Issues

Drive resolution of key issues with Engineering. Own beta site test plans and reporting

U.S. Salary Range:

$156,000.00 - $214,500.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
