Manage order lifecycle in ERP: prepare quotations and opportunities, create and maintain sales orders, respond to customer inquiries, escalate unmet requirements, support sales team with controlled order volumes, and ensure data integrity and documentation compliance.

Serve as a supplier engineer supporting new product development and introduction: ensure engineering drawing clarity, select and audit suppliers, drive supplier quality improvements, resolve quality incidents with root-cause analysis, recommend materials to design engineering, and support cost planning and sourcing of new technologies.

Lead and mentor a Python engineering team to architect, develop, and maintain Python packages and backend frameworks integrated with Gradle/Groovy. Drive CI/CD, containerization, code quality, and best practices using Jenkins, Docker, Artifactory, Git, Jira, and related tools.

Provide on-site customer support for semiconductor equipment installations, diagnostics, service and repair. Develop and optimize process recipes, design experiments (DOE), analyze statistical data, troubleshoot root causes, and collaborate with R&D and customers to qualify advanced semiconductor processes (CVD, ALD, RIE, PVD, etc.).

Research and develop domain-specific LLMs and generative models for materials science: pretraining, fine-tuning, alignment (e.g., RLHF), evaluation, dataset curation, and benchmark creation. Collaborate with scientists and engineers to apply generative AI to discovery and hardware design, publish research, and mentor junior team members.

Design, develop, and troubleshoot complex mechanical systems and tooling. Create and review mechanical layouts, schematics, and specifications; perform engineering analyses and tests; lead projects, coordinate suppliers, and ensure manufacturability and assembly processes meet standards.

Install, maintain, and upgrade semiconductor/display equipment; perform preventative and corrective maintenance across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems; use basic diagnostics and digital analytics to troubleshoot; coordinate with customers and follow safety and clean-room protocols. Training provided.

Design, prototype, develop, and debug software solutions and common modules for semiconductor equipment components. Produce documentation and test procedures, troubleshoot moderately difficult software issues, implement bug fixes, and collaborate with internal and external customers to gather requirements and schedules.

Lead APAC program management for new TKM startups, liaise across Spares, Field Service, Planning, Logistics and Operations, define objectives, plan resources, track milestones, ensure documentation/compliance, optimize resource utilization, and drive incorporation of new processes and technologies.
