Key Role & Responsibility :
Deliver Key Users
- Will become the factory’s experts in D365 for during the project related to Order receipt, validation, processing, handling of commissions/credits orders, pricing etc.
- Understands the track processes and connected cross functionally tracks processes.
- Might cover several tracks
- Ensures that local processes fit the global processes
- Will be hands-on in the site roll-out
- Defines and tests business scenarios in their track(s)
- Perform end-to-end and UAT testing
- Prepares all training materials and documents this in SOP’s
- Supports and trains local users in D365
As a Delivery Key Users and Data Migration
- Drives the local data cleansing in the legacy system (Movex)
- Ensures all items in scope are marked and categorized in the legacy system
- Extracts data in scope from the legacy system
- Ensures coherence in the data extracts
As a Delivery Key User after Go Live
- Coordinates track activities across sites
- Governs’ and implements new processes after deployment
- Super-user / point of contact for the processes after the site has gone live
As a Local Process Owner
- Interface group to the Local Steering Committee
- Owners of the business /delivery process scenarios for the track and responsible for the business scenario scope
- Responsible for testing that the solution is acceptable
- Responsible for local processes to fit OneERP Standard and local legal requirements
- Responsible for securing that locally owned gaps are closed
- Support end users in the change management
- Responsible for the process / function benefit realisation post roll-out
Skills:
- Domain Knowledge :- Have a deep understanding of the business processes and best practice in the specific functional area.

- Product Structure Knowledge
- Planning Process Understanding.
- Manufacturing Process Understanding.
- Communication & Collaboration Skills :- English Fluency. Be able to train and guide others and bridge gaps between D365 experts and end-users
- Leadership & Influence:- Advocate for D365 within their teams and influence colleagues positively, analyze problems, identify root causes, and propose solutions
- Technical Proficiency:- Become proficient in using D365. They will be the first support level and need to be fairly IT proficient
- Continuous Learning:- Role continues after go-live, thus a desire to continuous improvement the solution locally is needed
Attension to detail:- Key users will configure system settings, define security roles and test functionality
- Program Management: Exposure to small / medium / large scale program implementation is preferred.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.
- Change Management: Experience and understanding of how to drive and manage organizational change related to IT transformation, with a focus on minimizing resistance and maximizing adoption
Experience:
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Processes, Planning Processes, Product Knowledge, Logistics, Despatch, GST Taxetion & Warehouse functions, processes, methodologies and tools of arounf 5+ Years.
- Knowledge of ALPS
- Knowledge of RTO and Custom Rules and Taxetaions
Education:
- Bachelors degree.
- Awareness or exposure to D 365 / ERP implementation will be preferred.
Physical & Environmental Factors
Office environment with frequent attendance on the shop floor. Safety equipment required when present on the shop floor – footwear, hearing, eyewear.
Environmental Factors (hazardous materials, work location, work surfaces, exposure).

Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years of experience with logistics, dispatch, GST taxation, and warehouse functions, processes, methodologies, and tools
- Strong knowledge of logistics, dispatch, warehouse operations, and related business processes
- Knowledge of ALPS
- Knowledge of RTO rules, customs rules, and taxation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to train and guide end users
