What You'll Bring:
We’re looking for a Governance, Reporting and Communications Specialist to join our growing team.
Day to Day You’ll Be:
The role will report into the Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), and will form past of the GRC team which supports the CIO
This role will work in matrix across the CIO as well as other Internal Communication Consultants/champions
This role recognises associate advocacy is an important part of the Group’s commercial success and will help generate visibility of all TransUnion’s work internally, with specific focus on upwards/exec reporting
Bringing our business to life, ensuring associate engagement and understanding of the TransUnion business.
Responsible for helping design and deliver a comprehensive internal communications strategy and programme of activity (assisted by the Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance, and other Internal Communication Consultants/champions)
Collate, consolidate and produce key reports across multiple stakeholders as contributors, for review and distribution
Support Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance through key portfolio governance and assurance activity; bringing together key metrics across the GT delivery business to facilitate assurance and delivering key activities such as portfolio planning/challenge
Responsible for engaging key stakeholders either directly through relationship building or influencing through a matrix of resources across the CIO
Identifying and delivering key stories and news from across GT TU UK
Strong utilisation of multiple technology platforms with specific focus on, but not limited, SharePoint, PowerBI, PowerPoint as well as generic intranet and email distribution tools
Design and evaluate key success metrics working alongside other business functions utilising tools such as PowerBI to generate valuable insight
Work with other teams and specialists across Marketing (e.g. design, videography, events etc.) to develop and produce content
Be able to adopt the TU brand voice and techniques including storytelling, associate spotlights and consumer first approach
Essential Skills & Experience:
Strong background in internal communications and strategic planning
Experience in driving organisational improvement initiatives
Leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating teams
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong data analysis skills with experience in pulling data from multiple sources and creating bespoke reports
Ability to prepare and present reports to senior leadership, including the CIO
Excellent stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships directly as well as influencing successfully through the matrix
Impact You'll Make:
