As a Go-To-Market Strategy Analyst/Growth Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Shaping and executing our short- and mid-term go-to-market efforts in close collaboration with Leadership, as well as commercial and technical teams.
- Acting as the subject matter expert for our Live Entertainment vertical, serving as a sparring partner for our Live Entertainment sellers.
- Identifying and detailing market segments in Live Entertainment across geographies and tiers with the highest growth potential for vivenu.
- Conducting thorough market analysis to inform strategic decisions, uncover growth opportunities, and develop targeted sales campaigns that bridge the gap between marketing and sales efforts.
- Defining target accounts and individuals and assigning them to specific vivenu pods.
- Collaborating with Marketing and Sales to design and execute lead generation strategies across multiple channels.
- Defining and monitoring measurable criteria to validate and continuously improve go-to-market initiatives.
- Researching customer pain points, market trends, and competitive landscapes to strengthen positioning and drive success.
What you will need to succeed in this role:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a strategy consulting firm, major label, event agency, or entrepreneurial context.
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Music Business Management, Artist Management, Communication, or a related field of study
- A strong passion and affinity for the Live Entertainment space, with a focus on the German or U.S. markets - ticketing experience
- The Capability to understand and adapt to international market dynamics and a detailed understanding of the ticketing needs and requirements for the live entertainment space
- Fluency in English and German.
- A growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build trust and engage effectively with senior decision-makers across diverse cultural landscapes.
- Strategic and analytical thinking, combined with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- A commitment to excellence, willingness to go the extra mile, and pride in delivering high-quality work.
