Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Execute and monitor restricted party and sanctions screening activities across SAP GTS and non-GTS platforms, ensuring compliance with service level commitments.
  • Administer and maintain trade compliance systems, controls, records, procedures, and supporting documentation.
  • Review, investigate, and resolve screening exceptions, blocked transactions, compliance issues, and escalations.
  • Monitor regulatory and trade policy developments, assess business impacts, and support policy updates and compliance communications.
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute global trade compliance KPIs, dashboards, metrics, and management reports.
  • Analyze compliance performance trends and identify opportunities to strengthen controls and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Support audits, internal control reviews, remediation efforts, compliance data collection, and corrective action tracking.
  • Manage compliance activities related to controlled products, regulated materials, and drug precursors, including documentation and regulatory implementation.
  • Partner with global and regional stakeholders to standardize trade compliance processes, enhance governance frameworks, deliver training and guidance, and ensure consistent compliance practices across all IFF entities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, Finance, Information Systems, or related field. 
  • 2-4 years of experience in trade compliance, compliance operations, shared services, supply chain, logistics, or related functions. 
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills. 
  • Experience working with ERP systems, databases, or business applications. 
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and reporting tools. 
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
