About the role

Kickstart your journey with Kyriba as a Renewals Associate! The Renewals Associate is an introductory-level position within Kyriba’s Sales organization. This is a highly collaborative role that provides vital support to the renewals process, working cross-functionally with Account Managers, AM Management, and other internal teams. The Renewals Associate will help ensure timely and successful renewals of customer subscriptions, contributing to customer retention and revenue growth.

What you’ll do

  • Assist the Renewals Manager in managing the end-to-end renewal process for customer contracts. Prepare renewal documentation, track renewal status, and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Collect and analyze renewal data, prepare reports, and maintain accurate renewal forecasts.
  • Proactively identify and address gaps in contract coverage, usage discrepancies or potential sources of unrealized revenue at renewal time
  • Draft, review, and process renewal agreements. Ensure contract accuracy and compliance prior to customer delivery.
  • Communicate with customers regarding renewals, expiring contracts, and required documentation. Address routine customer questions and escalate more complex issues as needed.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Product teams as needed to ensure a seamless renewal experience for customers.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline the renewals process and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Support and participate in renewal-related meetings, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and other customer-facing events as needed.
  • Proactively flag and escalate potential renewal risks or issues for timely resolution.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's or Associate Degree strongly preferred
  • At least 2 years proven experience in SaaS or Technical Software Business
  • Strong organization skills, and the ability to manage a large amount of renewal requests, dates/deadlines, in a organized fashion.  
  • Understanding of Contracts (the ability to read and understand) for SaaS businesses.
  • Fluent English skills
  • Proficiency in MS/Google tools: Word, PPT, XLS
  • Ability to thrive in a changing environment of a growing team and organization.
  • Background working in Treasury, Finance, or Payment is preferred.

At Kyriba we value pay transparency and fairness. 

For new hires, the annual base salary range for this role is zł85,400.00 - zł108,027.50 based on a full-time schedule. Salary can progress beyond this range through sustained performance and demonstrated success in the role. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for variable compensation (eg. performance bonus or commission-based plan) and a long-term incentive. The final package will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and qualifications.
