About the Team
The Global Enablement team is a driver of change - we help our GTM teams execute through a programmatic, data-driven approach. We are responsible for preparing and empowering our bobbers to become bob champions and trusted advisors, driving new business, adoption and growth to our customer village.
**Note: We will only consider candidates located in the New York Metro Area who are willing to work in our NYC office two days a week (Tuesday - Thursday). We love collaborating and connecting with our team members in-person, and we hope you will too!**

Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they aren't the only factor. If you don't have nearly enough experience, or not all the skills, we'd still like to hear from you. This could be the perfect fit for you and us.

  • Demonstrable experience leading Product Enablement efforts in the HR tech space, bonus if you have experience with Payroll products.
  • Experience of work in Global SaaS environments.
  • Experience in mastery of technical aspects of products, and translating them into value and storytelling.
  • Experience in customer facing roles, preferably in global organizations.
  • Prior experience in product training building and executing is essential.
  • Multi-lingual a bonus.
