HiBob's best-in-class product is expanding its offering to include domestic payroll processing in the United Kingdom and the United States. The Payroll Product Director for Payroll role will oversee our Payroll Product teams in the US and UK, as we enter the market with native in-house payroll solutions and continue to expand our existing payroll integration solutions.
**Note: We will only consider candidates located in the New York Metro Area or London Metro Area who are willing to work in our local office at least 2-3 days per week. We love collaborating and connecting with our team members in person and we hope you will too!**
Base salaries for this role range from $200,000-$260,000.

Job Requirements

• Demonstrable Product experience, preferably in a SaaS Product or with an HCM focused company (HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, Time, etc)
• 3+ year of Leadership experience with a proven track record of managing successful teams in a fast-paced environment and delivering complex products to market from the ground-up
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with HR, Payroll, and Benefits Systems (ADP, Workday, etc)
• Experience working with the Agile methodology of software development
• Experience with cross functional teams, including collaborating with partners in Engineering, Product Design, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
• Experience with US and/or UK Payroll - preferred
