  • 3-5 years of Product Management experience, preferably in a SaaS Product
  • Has built highly impactful features and has good product sense.
  • Ability to go deep in the problem and the domain in order to know what and how to build
  • Familiarity with HR, Payroll, and Benefits Systems (ADP, Workday, Sage, etc) in a bonus, not a requirement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent time management, project management, prioritization, and sense of ownership skills
  • Experience working with the Agile methodology of software development
  • Experience with cross functional teams, including collaborating with partners in Engineering, Product Design, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Appreciation of the intersection between compliance and delighting users
  • Ability to digest client feedback and determine appropriate action items
  • Payroll experience - bonus, not a requirement
