Global Procurement - Supplier & Market Intelligence (S&MI) – Sr. Analyst

What success looks like in this role:

• Performing Due Diligence Risk assessments on Unisys’ suppliers, both new and existing, ensuring a strong & ethical supply chain.

• Develop and maintain procurement dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrices.

• Analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and areas for improvement - present findings and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

• Mitigating business risks by enforcing internal controls and supporting audits related to the Procurement processes.

• Conduct comprehensive market research to evaluate supplier capabilities to identify potential suppliers and assess market conditions while ensuring alignment with Unisys’s procurement strategy

• Manage the eSourcing platform and executing eSourcing events and eAuctions - ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.

• Supporting strategic programs such as ESG, Supplier Diversity and other transformation initiatives.

• Complete ownership of existing policies, metrics and processes to ensure compliance with applicable enterprise standards

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• University degree or equivalent in related fields
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in procurement, supplier management, or a related role in a global organization
• Experience with Microsoft product suite: Excel Advanced capabilities with strong analytical and reporting skills. Some exposure to PowerBI would be an asset.
• Familiarity with procurement process design and improvement
