What success looks like in this role:
The Senior Analyst, Supplier & Market Intelligence, will partner with Global Procurement Category Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver procurement digital transformation, analytics, market research, supplier intelligence, strategic program support, and eSourcing execution.
This role will support procurement transformation with a strong focus on process improvement, digitization, automation through AI and RPA. The position will help strengthen procurement controls, improve user experience, and support Source-to-Pay process optimization across global teams.
The ideal candidate will bring strong procurement knowledge, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support strategic procurement programs including digital procurement, process transformation, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strengthen procurement governance by maintaining policies, metrics, internal controls, and audit support in line with enterprise standards.
• Identify improvement opportunities and stakeholder pain points to improve procurement processes, systems, and user experience through AI-enabled solutions, automation, digitization, and best-practice adoption that deliver measurable business impact
• Provide guidance to business stakeholders on procurement processes, policies, systems, and transactions.
• Develop and maintain procurement dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards to track performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities, process gaps, risks, and improvement areas; present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Conduct market research and supplier intelligence activities to assess supplier capabilities, market conditions, and sourcing opportunities aligned with procurement strategy.
• Manage eSourcing events, ensuring smooth execution from event setup through completion and stakeholder communication.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present clearly and confidently to global stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across functions, regions, and teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with strong attention to detail and follow through.
• Good understanding of Sourcing, Procurement, Source-to-Pay processes, and enabling technologies.
• Ability to manage priorities, meet timelines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Exposure to Automation, AI productivity tools, and administration of AI- augmented Procurement tools and systems (ERP, Third Party Risk Management, eSourcing, Orchestration etc.)
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Experience and Qualifications:
• University degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in procurement, supplier management, sourcing support, analytics, or a related role within a global organization.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills with strong analytical and reporting capability
• Familiarity with procurement process design, process improvement, and Lean Six Sigma concepts would be preferred.
• Experience supporting or implementing Digital Procurement applications would be an asset.
