Team Manager- Customer Services Operations

At Rocket India, we're looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Business Solutions & Reporting Professional to design, develop, and maintain technology-driven business solutions that improve productivity, automate workflows, and deliver actionable business insights. In this individual contributor role, you'll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, build scalable solutions, and enable faster, smarter decision-making across the organization.
About the Role

• Design, build, and maintain custom business applications using Microsoft PowerApps to support operational workflows and productivity improvements.
• Automate business processes using Power Automate, integrating workflows with SharePoint, SQL, and other enterprise data sources.
• Develop interactive dashboards, operational reports, and business intelligence solutions using Power BI.
• Create, enhance, and maintain SSRS reports that support strategic, operational, and performance reporting needs.
• Write, troubleshoot, and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, reporting, and validation.
• Support relational database and data warehouse activities to ensure reporting logic is accurate, consistent, and aligned with business requirements.
• Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and document management solutions to enable collaboration and workflow efficiency.
• Develop VBA scripts to automate repetitive tasks across Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Create impactful, stakeholder-ready PowerPoint presentations that translate insights, trends, and recommendations into clear business narratives.
• Collaborate with business partners to identify automation opportunities, reduce manual effort, improve processes, and deliver scalable technical solutions.
• Use independent judgment, analytical thinking, and creativity to solve varied business challenges in a collaborative team environment.

About You
Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; a technical, analytics, business intelligence, or process improvement background is preferred.
• Relevant experience in business reporting, data analysis, automation, business intelligence, or process improvement.
• Proven experience designing and developing business solutions using Microsoft technologies.
• Strong ability to translate business problems into practical, scalable, technology-driven solutions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and operational partners.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and process improvement skills.
• Ability to work independently on varied assignments using sound judgment, discretion, and creativity.
• Technical proficiency in the following areas:

  • PowerApps: Intermediate
  • Power Automate: Intermediate

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in call center reporting or contact center analytics.
• Exposure to the U.S. mortgage industry or mortgage operations.
• Knowledge of MySQL.
• Experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience using Tableau for reporting or dashboard development.
• Familiarity with operational reporting, productivity metrics, performance dashboards, and business performance insights.
• Experience supporting business transformation, workflow automation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
