Job Purpose
The People Experience function aims to simplify everyday tasks and make exceptional moments truly special. To support our 4E (Experience, Excellence, Effectiveness, Efficiency) strategy and the Productivity program, we are transforming our Service Delivery Model by standardizing processes, automating systems, and enhancing overall performance.
We are seeking a Global Continuous Improvement & Governance Analyst to support and deliver impactful governance and continuous improvement initiatives across regions. This role plays a pivotal part in maintaining governance frameworks, driving operational excellence, and embedding continuous improvement principles globally.
As a vital contributor to the People Experience transformation, you will work closely with markets and hubs to ensure process accuracy, compliance, and alignment with strategic goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, drive governance adherence, and implement innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.
What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be
Governance Frameworks:
Ensure compliance with global governance policies and standards across all hubs.
Monitor adherence to governance frameworks and address gaps in process alignment.
Facilitate training sessions to embed governance principles at all levels.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
Identify opportunities for process improvements by analyzing data and performance metrics.
Develop and implement continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma, to enhance operational efficiency.
Track and report on the impact of CI initiatives globally, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Operational Excellence:
Support the creation and execution of regional CI roadmaps in collaboration with the Global CI & Governance Lead.
Develop standardized tools and templates to streamline operations and eliminate redundancies.
Drive adoption of best practices across regions, ensuring scalability and consistency.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Act as the voice of governance and CI initiatives, partnering with regional and global teams to foster alignment.
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to influence decision-making.
Experiences & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information
Technology, or a related field.
• PEX/Journey experience either in hubs or markets highly preferred
• Proven experience in HR systems implementation and process automation.
• Certification in RPA or AI-related technologies.
• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with Workday and expertise in leveraging automation platforms.
