Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies using the Continuous Improvement Process Sourcing (CIPS) methodology, ensuring suppliers have the capability and capacity to meet current and future business requirements for both MV Switchgears and Grid Components divisions
• Define, negotiate, and manage local and global standard agreements with major suppliers; ensure compliance with corporate contractual frameworks while adapting to local business needs
• Manage procurement budgets, cost tracking, and savings forecasts; implement cost-out programs to achieve financial targets while minimizing risks related to quality, availability, and financial exposure
• Identify, evaluate, and select appropriate suppliers based on quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability; secure an optimally sized supplier base using Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) methodology
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field; equivalent professional experience is acceptable
• 5+ years of experience in global procurement, category management, or supply chain management roles with specific expertise in electrical equipment category management
• Demonstrated expertise in supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, cost management, and procurement compliance
• Strong mindset of ownership, continuous improvement, and innovation; ability to drive results and collaborate across global organizations
