JOB DESCRIPTION
Milestone is hiring a General Support Coordinator to join our Global Order Management team. This role helps manage requests submitted by our partners and customers through Milestone's portals and ensures they are reviewed, prioritized, and directed to the appropriate teams.
This role is part of Milestone's Global Order Management and Global Sales Operations organizations, working with colleagues in Brøndby, Denmark; Sofia, Bulgaria; Singapore; and Portland, Oregon. The team is busy, supportive, and collaborative, and we are looking for someone who is motivated, curious, and ready to learn by doing.
This is a high-volume, transactional role where structure, attention to detail, and follow-through are important. Some cases will be resolved directly by the coordinator, while others will be routed to internal teams for further handling.
You enjoy working in a global B2B environment and take pride in delivering good service with a sense of urgency. You are organized, flexible, and comfortable learning new systems and processes.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain the Milestone General Support queue
  • Review and prioritize incoming cases submitted through partner and customer portals
  • Resolve straightforward requests when possible
  • Route cases to the appropriate internal teams when specialized expertise is required
  • Ensure cases are documented and tracked in Salesforce
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners regarding case status
  • Help ensure the queue remains organized and cases do not stagnate

Skills and Experience
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
  • Ability to think critically and prioritize workload effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar systems is a plus

Work Environment
During the onboarding and introductory period, the role is on-site at our Lake Oswego, OR headquarters depending on where you are applying. After this period, the role transitions to a hybrid working model, in office 3 days a week.
What We Offer
The annual OTE for this position ranges from $54,000 to $58,000. Pay is based on the level, location, complexity, responsibility, and job duties of the specific position and is just one component of Milestone's total compensation package. Additionally, we offer an attractive benefits package that includes medical/dental benefits, FSA or HSA, 401k with 6% Safe Harbor employer match, paid parental leave, generous PTO (20 days' vacation, 10 days paid sick time, and 12 company holidays), fully paid Short Term disability policy, fully paid Long Term disability policy, and Life Insurance.
