The Temporary Order Management Support Coordinator provides administrative support to the Americas Order Management team by assisting with straightforward order entry and related operational tasks.
This role is designed to help the team maintain order processing speed and accuracy during a period of elevated workload. The position focuses on handling routine, well-defined order transactions so the core Order Management team can concentrate on more complex orders and customer needs.
This is an in-person role based in Lake Oswego, Oregon.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter straightforward orders into internal systems based on defined processes
- Process routine administrative orders such as pilot licenses and other simple order types
- Review order information for completeness and accuracy prior to entry
- Route orders or questions to the appropriate Order Management team member when needed
- Maintain organized records and follow established order processing procedures
- Assist the team with general administrative tasks related to order management workflows
- Communicate with internal teams as needed to resolve basic order entry questions
- Follow documented processes to ensure consistent and accurate order handling
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Clear and professional communication with internal teams
- Basic experience with business software tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook preferred
- Previous administrative, operations, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
- Experience with order entry or administrative support roles is a plus

Additional Information
- This is a temporary role (2 - 3 months) intended to support the Americas Order Management team during a period of elevated workload and staffing transition.
- The position is fully in person in Lake Oswego, Oregon.
- Training will be provided on internal systems and order processes.
