Employee Value Proposition (EVP) :
Purpose: Build the security backbone for the next industrial cycle by integrating cutting-edge AI and LLM architectures into enterprise identity and access management.
Growth: Work in a highly modern tech stack (Javascript/ Typescript, Nx, pnpm workspaces, Vite tool, Vue3, Pinia, Stratus/Circuit, PrimeVue, Axios, Tailwind, Golang, NodeJS, REST APIs, MongoDB/Mongoose, Postgres, Redis, SQS, Kafka, Playwright, K8s, AWS) while mastering emerging AI tools (Cursor, multi-agent orchestration) and advanced cryptography.
Motivators: Ideal for a builder who loves designing and solving complex UI/UX problems , thrives in a fast-paced autonomous environment, and is passionate about embedding "AI thinking" into everyday developer workflows.
Major Performance Objectives (KPOs) :
Design and Deploy Scalable AI-Integrated UI Components: Within the first 6 months, design and deploy modular, reusable Vue.js UI components to enhance the end-user experience.
Implement and Secure Identity Workflows: Within the first 90 days, successfully implement circuit UI design migration from stratus UI component library
Drive AI Adoption and Productivity: Contribute 2-3 significant improvements per quarter to the technical investment backlog by leveraging AI tools (e.g., Anthropic, Cursor) to mature our internal development lifecycle and increase team velocity.
Ensure Production Stability and Observability: Deliver robust UI test coverage (using Playwright) and implement deep observability (using DataDog/Grafana) for all new deployments, ensuring high performance and acting on incidents proactively.
Critical Subtasks :
Implement responsive and accessible user interfaces using Javascript/ Typescript, Nx, pnpm workspaces, Vite tool, Vue3, Pinia, Stratus/Circuit UI component libraries, PrimeVue, Axios, Tailwind.
Develop and maintain distributed systems and microservices using Golang and RESTful/gRPC APIs (Protocol Buffers).
Utilize automated CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and K8s to consistently build, Playwright to test, and deploy features.
Participate in rigorous code reviews to ensure modern security, architecture, and development best practices are upheld.
