Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
Purpose: Build the security backbone for the next industrial cycle by integrating cutting-edge AI and LLM architectures into enterprise identity and access management.
Growth: Work in a highly modern tech stack (Vue3, Golang, K8s, AWS) while mastering emerging AI tools (Cursor, multi-agent orchestration) and advanced cryptography.
Motivators: Ideal for a builder who loves solving complex identity challenges, thrives in a fast-paced autonomous environment, and is passionate about embedding "AI thinking" into everyday developer workflows.
Major Performance Objectives (KPOs)
Design and Deploy Scalable AI-Integrated Components: Within the first 6 months, design and deploy modular, reusable Vue.js UI components that integrate with LLM APIs and RAG architectures to enhance the end-user experience.
Implement and Secure Identity Workflows: Within the first 90 days, successfully implement and secure authentication flows (OAuth/OIDC/PKI) across our Golang-based microservices, ensuring seamless integration with cloud services like AWS API Gateway.
Drive AI Adoption and Productivity: Contribute 2-3 significant improvements per quarter to the technical investment backlog by leveraging AI tools (e.g., Anthropic, Cursor) to mature our internal development lifecycle and increase team velocity.
Ensure Production Stability and Observability: Deliver robust test coverage (using Jest) and implement deep observability (using DataDog/Grafana) for all new deployments, ensuring high performance and acting on incidents proactively.
Critical Subtasks
Implement responsive and accessible user interfaces using Vue3, HTML5, CSS3, and modern ES6+ syntax.
Develop and maintain distributed systems and microservices using Golang and RESTful/gRPC APIs (Protocol Buffers).
Work with cryptography and security concepts (TLS/SSL, symmetric/asymmetric encryption) to safely authenticate and authorize users.
Integrate 3rd-party applications, such as mesh VPNs, to ensure seamless compatibility with JumpCloud-provided identity.
Utilize automated CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and K8s to consistently build, test, and deploy features.
Participate in rigorous code reviews to ensure modern security, architecture, and development best practices are upheld.
Collaborate closely with UI/UX, product managers, and cross-functional teams to take complex features from design to successful closure.
