Responsibilities
  • Conduct face-to-face sales presentations with pre-qualified, appointment-based guests
  • Build rapport with guests to understand travel needs and preferences
  • Present Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products and resort amenities
  • Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with clients via phone, email, and written communication
  • Apply HGV sales techniques and best practices to drive performance
  • Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and professional representation
  • Attend weekly sales training and professional development sessions
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team environment aligned with company values
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with proven results
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a performance-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex customer concerns
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active Florida Real Estate License in good standing
  • Experience in luxury sales, hospitality, marketing, or vacation ownership industries
