As a Signature Events & Experiences Senior Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of corporate events, confirming seamless coordination and exceptional attendee experiences. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will leverage your skills and network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. Your role will involve crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities, and validating outcomes with clients.
As a Senior Manager, you will guide your team through complex situations, demonstrating composure and sound judgment. You will deepen your skills with a focus on staying relevant, initiate open and honest coaching conversations, and make decisions to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and sustaining high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, contributing to the success of our firm.
Responsibilities
- Planning and executing corporate events that align with client objectives and enhance brand visibility
- Utilizing digital marketing and creative campaigns to drive revenue growth and promote the firm's services
- Collaborating with teams to develop strategic sales and marketing initiatives that capture new business opportunities
- Managing event budgets and coordinating logistics to deliver seamless attendee experiences
- Applying analytical thinking to identify opportunities for optimizing event management processes
- Directing teams through complex situations, demonstrating composure and strategic questioning
- Building relationships with stakeholders to validate outcomes and incorporate feedback
- Leading event marketing strategies and promotions management to enhance market presence
- Overseeing vendor and venue management to validate service excellence and adherence to health and safety standards
- Coaching and motivating teams to solve complex problems and achieve organizational targets
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 6 years of experience in sales, marketing or PwC experience

The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
