As a SAP Technology and D&A Senior Manager, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within an organization. You will be responsible for tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive teams that contribute to the success of our firm.
In this role within our Business Application Consulting practice, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems, and validate outcomes with clients. Your ability to direct teams through complexity and demonstrate composure in challenging situations will be crucial in driving operational efficiency and achieving project success.
Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation and management of SAP software solutions to optimize client operations
- Analyzing client needs to develop tailored SAP technology strategies and solutions
- Overseeing the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
- Guiding teams in the development and support of SAP applications, confirming seamless integration
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) to enhance SAP functionalities
- Driving business transformation initiatives through strategic technology planning and process optimization
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to address their SAP technology challenges
- Coaching and mentoring teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Applying analytical thinking to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine SAP solutions
- Directing teams through complex projects, demonstrating composure in challenging situations
- Promoting the use of SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori to enhance data visualization and user experience
- Encouraging teamwork and inclusion to develop high-performing, diverse teams
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering
- Leveraging SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori for strategic insights

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
