Four Seasons Hotel Prague is looking for a talented Front Desk Receptionist to join our diverse and dynamic team.

About the role:

The Front Desk Receptionist is a central part of the Front Office Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests have a smooth arrival and departure experience. As the first and last impression of the hotel, this high-profile department carries a special responsibility. The Front Office is also the natural place where guests’ direct comments, questions, suggests and concerns. 

What You will do:

  • Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves minor customer complaints and escalates to superiors if necessary.
  • Checks guest in and out in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest name whenever possible. Assures that guest is assigned type of room requested and the correct rate is charged. Arranges for luggage to be delivered to guest room. Issues correct keys to the guest.
  • Responds to all guest requests in all channels in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Assures that all financial and credit procedures are followed. 
  • Works closely with other departments to ensure smooth handling of guest luggage, deliveries and special requests.
  • Accepts reservations, changes and cancellations in the absence of Reservations Department Staff. 

What You will bring:

  • Min. 1 year of previous experience from a Front Office of a 5* hotel or similar luxury environment is required.
  • Attention to detail, ability to multi task and previous experience working at high paced and dynamic environment.
  • Outstanding communications skills and command of the English language.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work all types of shifts, weekends and holidays.
  • Working computer skills and knowledge including but not limited to Excel, Word, Internet and Opera.
