Position at a Glance
The Central Finance Analyst will be a key member of the North America Central Finance team within our Global Capability Center (GCC) in Mexico City, supporting the consolidation, analysis, and reporting of the full North America P&L. Working closely with the Central Finance Manager and business partners in Chicago, this role ensures accurate and timely delivery of key financial processes, reports, and insights to drive informed business decisions.
The analyst will play a vital role in maintaining financial databases, updating forecasting tools, and developing performance review materials, contributing to the consistency, quality, and efficiency of FP&A processes across the region.
What's on Menu?
- U pdate and validate BBP financial databases, maintaining alignment with reporting systems and ensuring data integrity;
- S upport forecast book preparation, updating actuals, assumptions, and key metrics in collaboration with onshore and local teams;
- P repare and update Monthly Performance Review decks, incorporating financial results, trend analysis, and clear, insightful commentaries;
- Assist the Central Finance Manager in financial reporting, variance analysis, and ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making;
- Continuously identify process improvement opportunities to streamline data management and enhance reporting quality ;

1. Education
- Bachelor's degree in F inance , Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field ;
2. Experience
- 3 + years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related finance roles;
- Experience in P&L reporting, consolidation, or management reporting (FMCG or multinational background preferred );
- Proficient with software such as Excel (Power Pivot), Snowflake, PowerBi and ability to work with heavy data set to create, modify and ensure accuracy of complex spreadsheets ;
3. Skills
- Clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal ;
- Good analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail ;
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a global finance environment ;
- Collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude ;
