Position at a Glance
The Central Finance ZBB Analyst will be part of the North America Central Finance team within our Global Capability Center (GCC) in Mexico City, supporting the consolidation, analysis, and reporting of SG&A and Marketing expenses. This role works closely with the ZBB Sr. Analyst and the Central Finance Manager, contributing to the accuracy of monthly reporting, cost center maintenance, and system updates. The analyst will play a key role in supporting high-quality financial data and visibility of indirect costs and helping the team deliver potential actionable insights to business stakeholders across North America.
What's on Menu?
- Assist in refreshing monthly ZBB expenses, validating data accuracy across systems;
- Support cost center mapping, creation and updates, ensuring alignment with organizational structures;
- Reconcile profit center data between T&M and SST tools;
- Help track and report Marketing expenses, preparing summaries and commentaries for management review;
- Support SmartView uploads for ZBB budgets, forecasts, and actuals;
- Contribute to ad-hoc analysis and reporting tasks, supporting the broader Central Finance team;
- Help document and improve recurring processes to strengthen data consistency and efficiency ;

1. Education
- Bachelor's degree in F inance , Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field ;
2. Experience
- 2 + years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related finance roles;
- Experience in P&L reporting, consolidation, or management reporting (FMCG or multinational background preferred) would be considered an asset;
- Proficient with software such as Excel (Power Pivot) and ability to work with heavy data set to create, modify and ensure accuracy of complex spreadsheets ;
3. Skills
- Clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal ;
- Good analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail ;
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a global finance environment ;
- Collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude ;
