Position at a Glance
The Central Finance ZBB Sr. Analyst will be a key contributor within the North America Central Finance team, based in our Global Capability Center (GCC) in Mexico City. This role is responsible for supporting the consolidation, governance, and analysis of Selling, General & Administrative (SG&A) and Marketing expenses across the North America region. Working closely with the Central Finance Manager and the Finance team in Chicago, this position ensures accuracy in cost center structures, proper mapping of expenses and delivery of timely and insightful SG&A reporting. The analyst will play a critical role in enabling visibility, control, and transparency over indirect costs and marketing investments, supporting business decisions with reliable financial insights.
What's on Menu?
- Manage cost center remapping, ensuring proper alignment with business structures and supporting new cost center creations when needed;
- Refresh monthly SG&A expenses and provide clear variance analysis versus forecast and budget;
- Reconcile profit center information between T&M and SST tools to guarantee data consistency;
- Track Marketing Expenses, identifying trends, risks and opportunities, and share actionable financial commentary;
- Load Budget and Forecast data into SmartView, ensuring accuracy and system integrity;
- Support ad-hoc reporting, consolidation activities, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and data reliability.

1. Education
- Bachelor's degree in F inance , Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field ;
2. Experience
- 3 + years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related finance roles;
- Experience in P&L reporting, consolidation, or management reporting (FMCG or multinational background preferred);
- Proficient with software such as Excel (Power Pivot) and ability to work with heavy data set to create, modify and ensure accuracy of complex spreadsheets ;
3. Skills
- Clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal ;
- Good analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail ;
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a global finance environment ;
- Collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude ;
