Position at a Glance
The Central Finance CAPEX Analyst will be a key member of the North America Central Finance team, based in our Global Capability Center (GCC) in Mexico City. This role supports the financial governance, tracking and reporting of capital investments across the North America Supply Chain and IT organizations. Working closely with the Central Finance Manager and the onshore Finance team in Chicago, the analyst ensures accurate loading, reconciliation and documentation of CAPEX data across multiple systems. The role is essential to maintaining data integrity, supporting audit requirements, and enhancing visibility over regional investment performance and compliance.
What's on Menu?
- Support financial tracking and monitoring of CAPEX investments across Supply Chain and IT functions;
- Upload CAPEX financial data into the 4Site tool, ensuring timeliness and accuracy;
- Reconcile HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) data with 4Site, validating accuracy and consistency across systems;
- Support internal and external audit initiatives related to CAPEX spending and documentation;
- Assist in preparing regular CAPEX reports and variance analyses for management review;
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening governance and reporting quality.

1. Education
- Bachelor's degree in F inance , Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field ;
2. Experience
- 3 + years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related finance roles;
- Previous exposure to CAPEX processes , fixed assets or investments tracking preferred;
- Familiarity with financial systems such as HFM, SAP, 4Site is a plus;
3. Skills
- Clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal ;
- Good analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail ;
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a global finance environment ;
- Collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude ;
