JOB SUMMARY
The FLEX Senior Manager, Analyst, Project Management Office handling Communications, Risk Management & Governance support is responsible for ensuring clear decision‑making, risk transparency, and stakeholder alignment across the program. This role integrates structured governance execution, disciplined risks, action items, issues and decisions (RAID) management, and executive‑level communications to enable timely escalation, informed leadership decisions, and consistent program narrative.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field or an equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years’ experience managing and supporting IT systems and operations AND 3+ years’ experience working as a Project Manager / Project Management Office team, using Waterfall and Agile Software Development Lifecycle
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite of Applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience in Project Management tools (i.e., Atlassian Jira/Confluence, MS Project)
- Adaptable, efficient, proactive and effective in ensuring completion of Projects and Initiatives
Preferred
- Expertise working with Power BI, Smartsheet and Power Automate
- Experience in conflict resolution and people management
- Expertise in reporting and analysis of the program’s/initiative’s status
- Experience in managing and engaging mid to high level executives
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and run the program’s governance model, including forums, cadence, agendas, and decision rights
- Facilitate governance bodies (e.g., steering committee, sponsor, and tactical reviews) and ensure outcomes are documented and tracked
- Maintain clarity of accountability through defined roles, and escalation paths
- Ensure governance operates consistently across strategic, tactical, and operational levels
- Own the end‑to‑end RAID process, including intake, quality standards, and lifecycle management along business team
- Maintain the central RAID log, ensuring each item has clear ownership, impact, mitigation, and due dates
- Drive timely escalation of material risks and issues to the appropriate governance forums
- Prepare leadership‑ready RAID views focused on critical risks, aging, trends, and decision needs
- Ensure RAID remains focused on true program risks and issues rather than day‑to‑day execution items
- Develop and manage the program communications approach across stakeholders and leadership
- Translate complex risks, issues, and dependencies into clear, concise executive messaging
- Produce status reports, governance decks, briefings, and summaries aligned to governance outcomes
- Ensure consistency between RAID content, governance decisions, and program narrative
- Act as the single point of integration across delivery, RAID, and leadership communications
Required Skill Sets:
- Strong program, project management, or transformation delivery experience
- Expertise in governance operating models and decision‑making frameworks
- Deep understanding of RAID management and escalation principles
