II. Mid-Phase Project Follow-Through (Client Relationship & Project Management)
- Project Initiation & Planning: Undertake full-process management of signed projects, formulate detailed phased execution plans (covering IPO filing period, quiet period, roadshow period and regular IR maintenance period), clarify core key milestones and deliverables, and achieve rigorous client expectation management.
- Daily Accompanied Visit & Communication: Act as clients’ external think tank in the capital market, assisting them in responding to inquiries from media, analysts and institutional investors. Conduct daily media docking for clients’ Board Secretary Offices and Investor Relations Departments, and provide professional guidance on media interview responses and public opinion consultation under regulatory inquiry scenarios.
III. Back-End Execution & Implementation (Media Resources & Content Delivery)
- Communication Content Quality Control: Oversee the full-process communication strategy implementation for IPO projects, strictly control the quality of in-depth high-value articles (including prospectus storyline refinement, financial performance interpretation, and major cooperation press releases), and ensure all external released contents comply with regulatory compliance requirements and possess strong communication influence.
- Media Resource Operation & Conversion: Fully leverage the company’s self-built financial media resource database, lead the team to complete media invitation, exclusive interview arrangement, press release distribution and communication effect monitoring. Organize and launch high-standard earnings briefings, analyst conferences and reverse roadshows during earnings seasons and key corporate development milestones.
- Public Opinion Monitoring & Crisis Response: Implement a 7×24-hour public opinion early warning mechanism. In case of negative or sensitive public opinions, respond rapidly, formulate crisis response statements, and coordinate resources for timely intervention and risk resolution.
Requirements
1. Full-time bachelor’s degree or above from tier 1 universities, majoring in Finance, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing and other related disciplines
2. 5-10 years of working experience in financial PR, IR consulting or financial media industries, with no less than 3 years of experience in independently leading projects and conducting direct client docking
3. Possess excellent business acumen and logical thinking ability, with a proven track record of multiple successful pitching cases
4. Familiar with domestic and overseas financial media ecosystems and regulatory disclosure rules. Equipped with proficient writing capability and financial data interpretation skills, capable of converting obscure financial data into attractive storylines for media and investors
5. Capable of managing multiple projects in parallel, rationally deploying internal and external resources including media, event planning and design, and ensuring all projects are delivered on time with guaranteed quality
6. Presentable professional image and resilient personality, with outstanding business negotiation capabilities and senior-level communication skills
7. Possess strong pressure resistance and multi-task processing capabilities, adaptable to business trips and regular client visits
