We are looking for a Finance Intern to support our Finance team in business travels. Our team maintain accounting records in accordance with IFRS and Hapag-Lloyd Group policies, including supplier invoice processing, tax reporting (CIT and VAT), cooperation with tax authorities, and the preparation of annual financial statements.
ResponsibilitiesTaking full ownership of business travels including:
- processing business travel reports in Concur including formal check and verification according to HL internal procedures
- be the first point of contact for our employees in terms of business trips, helping in preparing reports, and answering questions,
- having the role of Concur administrator, reporting errors and improvements to technical support in Ham
- creating manuals, updating business travel policy, implementing changes and communicate them internally
- contacting with business travel agency
- verification credit card bank statements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in accountancy or related field
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and develop in the field of finance and accounting
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
