Job Description

We are currently seeking a Finance Assistant to join our dynamic team in our Wisborough Green office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an interesting and varied company, who offer a busy yet friendly place of work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce customer invoicing on a daily basis 
• Review customer billing changes 
• Review customer consumption data
• Produce reports for sales teams on sales
• Liaise with product order management team to ensure queries are resolved efficiently
• Work closely with credit control on invoice queries
• Undertake miscellaneous tasks as needed to support the finance team and ensure the smooth functioning of financial operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in finance or accounting roles is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Additional Information

This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in either our London Office or Wisborough Green office.​​​​​​
