Job Description:
Position: FHIR Architect
Location: Newtown Square PA (Remote)
10-12 years of experience in the healthcare domain.
Deep expertise in HL7 FHIR resources, profiles, and extensions.
Proven experience leading end-to-end data mapping for CMS interoperability mandates (e.g., Patient Access, Provider Directory, Payer-to-Payer).
Strong understanding of multiple FHIR Implementation Guides (e.g., US Core, Da Vinci IGs).
Ability to translate regulatory and business requirements into FHIR-based data models and APIs.
Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7 v2, CDA, X12) and integration patterns.
Hands-on experience with FHIR servers, APIs, and data transformation tools.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of business analysts.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams.
Experience in payer/provider data ecosystems and interoperability frameworks preferred.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data architectures is a plus.
