Lead technical records reviews for engine and parts acquisitions, perform back-to-birth LLP traceability, assess compliance with OEM manuals, SBs and ADs (CFM56 required), determine asset disposition, package records for sales, develop standardized checklists, and support logistics and material sales processes.

Support financial reporting and controls for global MRO operations: ensure GAAP compliance, analyze accounting records, maintain the general ledger, review and approve journal entries and reconciliations, lead audit preparation, assist with ad-hoc reporting, and promote teamwork and strong internal controls.

Support production by sourcing, expediting, and staging aircraft components. Manage inventory, run reports, prepare engine racks for build, resolve material shortages, and operate material handling equipment while following safety and WHMIS procedures.

Manage day-to-day component repair operations, lead and develop technicians, plan production schedules and capacity, coordinate with supply/sales/engineering, enforce safety and quality, control costs, and drive continuous improvement and strategic goals.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (Power BI/Tableau), analyze operational and supply chain data to support SIOP planning and forecasting, validate and reconcile data, translate insights for leadership, identify program risks, support scenario analysis, partner with IT and stakeholders to improve data quality and reporting governance.

Lead cost visibility, control, and improvement across programs and engine lines. Drive profitability, pricing strategy, cost-to-complete forecasting, variance analysis, and cost models. Partner cross-functionally to identify cost savings, support bids, and ensure financial compliance with GAAP and corporate policies.

Provide engineering support for aircraft engines including investigation, troubleshooting, repair instruction development, OEM liaison, technical reporting to regulators, and continuous improvement activities across shops and global teams.
