Responsible for production planning, capacity and labor management, cross-functional coordination, performance metrics, continuous improvement, budgeting, hiring/training, safety, and delivering on-time, high-quality repairs while meeting financial and operational goals.

Manage sourcing, quoting, negotiation, and supplier performance for an Aviation MRO. Prepare specifications and capital business cases, issue purchase orders, monitor deliveries, resolve supplier issues, analyze inventory performance, and lead supplier consolidation and contract negotiation to reduce costs and improve quality.

Senior Controller responsible for all financial and management accounting for the plant/business unit: monthly profitability and variance analysis, forecasting and budgeting, cost and capital evaluation, monthly close, billing review, product costing and profitability, inventory cycle and reconciliation, ensure CAS and internal control compliance, lead costing processes and special projects, and provide support to other sites.

Lead procurement strategies for commercial engine maintenance. Oversee inventory management and supplier relationships, ensuring cost control and compliance.

As a Machinist, operate manual and CNC machines, read blueprints, ensure precision, troubleshoot equipment, and participate in improvements while following safety protocols.

Develop and maintain deep understanding of business processes and required application functionality. Create requirements, process flows, metrics, and IT solutions; perform acceptance testing, system maintenance, conversions, training materials, and lead lean/process mapping workshops to improve operational efficiency in an on-site aviation MRO environment.

As a Machinist II, you'll operate Manual and CNC machines to manufacture components, read blueprints, inspect products, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The Process Engineer is responsible for managing engineering projects, providing technical support, and improving processes within the MRO organization for gas turbines.

The Master Scheduler is responsible for developing and managing the production schedule, ensuring alignment with customer demand, and monitoring production performance in compliance with aerospace standards.
