ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESKey responsibilities
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing, and implementing solutions.
Financial business data analysis, P&L account analysis and other financial strategy improvement implementation.
Sitting in on ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Retrieving and analyzing data using data management systems.
Implement and Monitor metrics, analyzing data and partnering with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities.
Supporting Operations Head in driving critical initiatives at a central level.
Tracking of critical initiatives at a central level
Preparing of monthly / fortnightly / weekly dashboards for management visibility and review
Supporting cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of the existent program implementation.
Driving small to medium operational enhancement projects.
Help foster trusting relationships with vendors and team members
Research and implement cost reduction opportunities.
Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, follow-up, and customer service skills.
Analyze competition actions to spot market trends and formulate or alter sales direction strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
MBA preferred
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Business Analytics
Good communication skills backed by strong listening skills to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstration of strong planning skills essential and good project management skills.
Experience of using various data management and analysis tools.
Strong desire to improve our service, products, and processes, with ability to drive continuous improvement.
Ability to work across the business to implement and execute change.
Ability to impact organization results through influence across organizational boundaries.

- Lead and manage a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
