We are seeking a highly accomplished Executive Director of FP&A with deep experience in the Payments industry to join our Finance organization. This role will serve as a strategic partner to senior finance and business leaders, helping to drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across the enterprise. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership capability, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates exceptional skill in compiling, analyzing, and modeling complex financial data from multiple sources with accuracy and efficiency.

This position requires a comprehensive understanding of the corporate FP&A function, a proven ability to influence outcomes, and a track record of success supporting executive-level decision-making.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
  • Serve as a strategic finance partner to Line of Business and executive leadership, supporting financial and business goals with a strong focus on revenue growth and margin expansion
  • Own end-to-end revenue and expense planning, forecasting, and performance management for assigned businesses, regions, or functional areas
  • Lead Payments revenue planning, forecasting, pricing analysis, and detailed cost planning and management
  • Design, implement, and continuously enhance financial forecasting models, tools, and analytical processes
  • Provide actionable insights to senior leaders and actively participate in driving and negotiating data-informed business outcomes
  • Collaborate with functional and regional leaders to evaluate growth initiatives, pricing strategies, and operating leverage opportunities (e.g., expense efficiencies, scalability)
  • Compile and synthesize financial and expense data from multiple systems and sources with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and transparency
  • Drive continuous improvement through the adoption of advanced analytics, automation, and AI-enabled finance capabilities
  • Mentor and develop FP&A talent, fostering a high-performance, learning-oriented finance culture
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or relevant advanced certification preferred
  • Minimum 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with significant exposure to the Payments industry
  • Demonstrated success partnering with senior finance and business leaders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial concepts clearly
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with enterprise financial systems and forecasting tools preferred
  • Strong executive communication, influencing, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive results under tight deadlines, and operate with a strong sense of ownership
  • Growth-oriented mindset with demonstrated use of AI and advanced analytics in Finance
