Job Title: Executive Assistant

A proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant is sought to support executive leadership and daily business operations in a fast-paced remote environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating communication, supporting administrative workflows, maintaining documentation, and assisting with operational tasks. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Coordinate communication with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and administrative documentation
- Support operational workflows and day-to-day administrative processes
- Assist with email management, follow-ups, and correspondence
- Coordinate travel arrangements, appointments, and meeting logistics as needed
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and operational updates
- Track deadlines, action items, and ongoing projects
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and business activities
- Support additional executive and administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) highly preferred
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, or similar role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills required
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace preferred
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and platforms
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
- Professional and proactive approach to communication and task management
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
