InterSystems Corporation is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Executive Assistant to support one of our dynamic General Managers. You’ll engage with stakeholders across the organization, coordinate high-priority meetings and travel, and help foster a culture of connection, professionalism, and purpose.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendar scheduling for the General Manager, including meetings, travel, and time-off coordination.
- Handle incoming communications, screening and routing calls professionally.
- Prepare and reconcile expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Organize and maintain key contact lists and internal communications for the VP.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, preparing itineraries and managing logistics.
- Support documentation processes (e.g., scanning, editing, printing) and ensure files are up to date.
- Draft, review, and proofread correspondence and memos for clarity and accuracy.
- Maintain administrative reports and dashboards as assigned.
- Assist with office logistics and maintenance needs by liaising with Facilities.
- Support recognition and culture-building efforts by tracking team milestones and celebrations.
- Complete ad hoc administrative projects and requests as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years in an executive-level administrative or operational support role.
- Experience in managing high-volume scheduling, communication, and logistics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of an organization.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and calendar management tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and adapt to shifting priorities.
