The Opportunity

Executive Assistant to the Group Executive, Corporate Affairs and Sustainability and the Group Head of Corporate Communications & Brand.

Your New Role

In this role you will be responsible for optimising the leader’s time through managing deliverables, inputs, and timelines, coordinating with the team and stakeholders as required, reporting, diary, and travel requirements.

We are looking for someone who wants the opportunity to partner with fast-paced and agile leaders.

You will work closely with the Corporate Affairs and Sustainability Business Manager and Senior Management team, providing secretarial and administrative support exclusively whilst maintaining a high level of discretion.

Key duties include:

  • Dealing with a large group of globally based executives and committees from within and outside of the organisation

  • Forecasting deliverables and meeting commitments, ensuring leaders are equipped to deliver.

  • Coordinating correspondence, presentations, and reports both of a general and confidential nature on behalf of the leaders.

  • Making recommendations and process improvements for key admin operating systems and ways of working

  • Building relationships and rapport across the various parts of the business – including peers, colleagues, executives.

  • Management of cost centre budgets and financial team requirements, including invoicing.

  • Point of contact for the wider teams for process guidance, team member inductions, and onboarding.

  • Working across multiple time zones and divisions

The interview process will consist of 2-3 interview and background checks.

What we are looking for:

At the heart of this role is building and maintaining strong connections across the team and business and creating an environment of collaboration and trust. You'll act as a key partner to the leaders, demonstrating care and empathy by anticipating their needs and ensuring their time is respected and used efficiently.

You will also be highly organised, and resilient and have experience supporting C-Suite executives.

Other key attributes that will see you succeed in this role:

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

  • Adaptable to new and emerging technologies, with a strong ability to leverage these tools to improve processes and efficiency

  • Exceptional corporate presentation and excellent people management skills

  • Ability to work autonomously, employ initiative to find solutions, prioritise and exercise discretion.

  • Excellent organisational and administration skills with a fastidious level of attention to detail.

  • Ability to liaise at an executive level and to work under pressure
