  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, materials, conference rooms, catering, and other logistics.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, itineraries, and schedule changes.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other executive-level materials.
  • Coordinate team meetings, business events, client functions, and other gatherings as needed.
  • Serve as a professional and responsive point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track key commitments, follow-ups, and action items to help ensure important priorities don't fall through the cracks.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the business, key relationships, and leadership priorities to become an increasingly effective partner.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist with occasional personal scheduling or administrative needs.
  • Take on special projects and evolving responsibilities as the needs of the executive and business grow.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience supporting executives, senior leaders, or teams in a fast-paced professional environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars and competing priorities.
  • Experience supporting more than one senior leader is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong judgment and the confidence to make thoughtful prioritization decisions.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high level of reliability, follow-through, and personal accountability.
