What We Do

Squarcle is an independent, boutique performance led, data driven and experience enabled Consultancy dedicated to driving business performance. During the last decade supply complexity has increased due to a range of factors, from globalisation and higher customer satisfaction through to expanding products and services. At the same time, many organisations and their supply chains have organically grown, producing a disconnect between their strategy and operations that should be utilised together to provide a much needed competitive edge. At Squarcle we are dedicated to ensuring that our clients have both a well defined strategy and a supply chain that are aligned to provide that edge. Unlike many consultancies Squarcle is as equally committed to delivery as it is to design.
