Job Title: Events Marketing Manager
Reports to: Head of Consumer Marketing
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Events Marketing Manager to lead our influencer, press, user engagement, and acquisition events (both B2B and B2C) strategy. You’ll play a key role in creating buzzworthy experiences across the U.S. including at inKind partner restaurants and larger events such as conferences, working cross-functionally with our Marketing, Sales, Business Development and Partner Success teams to elevate our restaurant relationships, grow corporate and holiday bookings, and promote inKind’s brand. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves food and hospitality, and knows how to turn a great idea into a meticulously executed event.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
Plan and execute influencer dinners, media events, VIP user experiences, and user and restaurant partner acquisition events at inKind partner restaurants and larger events across key U.S. markets
Develop creative concepts and guest lists that align with marketing objectives and brand voice
Own end-to-end logistics: sourcing venues (primarily our partner restaurants), managing invites, vendor coordination, F&B planning, onsite support, and post-event recaps
Act as a liaison to help partner restaurants attract and close more high-value bookings (e.g., corporate parties, team dinners, holiday events)
Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Partner Success teams to align event initiatives with broader business goals.
Coordinate with content, social, and PR teams to amplify event storytelling before, during, and after each activation.
Set KPIs and analyze ROI for event performance including attendance, social impressions, customer acquisition, and revenue impact.
Minimum Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, hospitality marketing, or a related role
Proven track record executing high-touch events with influencers, press, and brand partners
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in or with restaurants/hospitality
Familiarity with tools like Jira & Canva
Work Environment:
The candidate in this position will be located primarily in-person, with an expectation of in-person work at the physical office location in Austin, TX
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time to oversee events in key markets

$95,000-$105,000, DOE
