Main Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute sponsorships for third-party events within the assigned region.
- Collaborate with local and international Sales & Marketing teams to create and implement campaigns, materials, and tools.
- Develop an annual event plan in collaboration with Marketing leadership, including budgeting, and ensure successful execution.
- Track event budgets throughout the year and proactively highlight potential risks prior to decision-making.
- Ensure compliance approval is obtained for any costs involving Healthcare Organizations (HCOs) or Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
- Liaise closely with internal teams including Technical Services, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Administration.
- Manage all logistical aspects of congresses and events (e.g., speaker arrangements, booth setup, catering, accommodation, and creative assets).
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or formal training in Events, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning, preferably in the healthcare, medical devices, or a regulated industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proactive, accountable, and resilient, with a high level of professionalism and sound judgment in dynamic environments.
- Effective relationship builder with internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and external partners.
- Collaborative mindset and team spirit, contributing to a positive work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Cvent is an advantage.
