* Complex Data & Root-Cause Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis on multi-dimensional HR datasets to uncover hidden trends, perform root-cause analyses on data anomalies, and ensure high-level data accuracy before delivery.
* Troubleshooting & Performance Tuning: Act as an escalation point for resolving complex report performance bottlenecks, access issues, and data discrepancies within the Workday reporting and security framework.
* Process Leadership & Mentorship: Lead team-wide reporting optimization initiatives, promote best practices in report design, and provide functional guidance and technical mentorship to junior team members.
* Comprehensive Documentation: Maintain clear, audit-ready process documentation for complex reports, automation workflows, data definitions, and governance protocols.
