Primary Responsibilities:
- Works with less structured, more complex issues and Serves as a resource to others
- Be able to interact with business users, I/T and customers to define application requirements
- Able to manage teams of motivated individuals and bring up talent in team both technically and functionally
- Involve in critical and complex technical and architectural discussions
- Prepare detail design for the Solution by discussing with PO and business. Consult with Business, Subject Master Expert, users to evaluate business requirements, evaluate existing or proposed systems, and prepare detailed technical design document from which programs will be written
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Participation in Design reviews, Test Case reviews, and Production Support readiness reviews for new releases
- Application Delivery Process, Consulting, Effectiveness Measurement, Industry Knowledge, IT Industry: Trends & Directions, IT Standards, Procedures & Policies, Planning: Tactical, Strategic, Problem Solving
- Document low to highly complex functional designs and data structures, to support business and operational requirement
- Ensuring timely deliveries for all assigned tasks
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Experience or knowledge in DevOps: Docker, Jenkins
- Experience or knowledge in Frontend: Skyline React/Angular, JSP
- Experience or knowledge in Database: Oracle, SQL, DB2
- Experience or knowledge in Cloud: Open Shift, Azure
- Solid knowledge JAVA, J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTFul Web services, JPA, Micro Services
- Knowledge on any Application servers like JBOSS or WebSphere
- Worked in microservices environment and should be fully aware of reference architectures and design patterns required for a complex implementation. Expertise implementing microservices, RESTful Web Services, Git version control
- Proven solid problem solving, analytical kills, Good communication and presentation skills, Good attitude and self-motivated.
- Proven excellence in technical communication with peers and non-technical colleagues
- Proven excellent programming skills with Java and related frameworks like Spring Boot, Hibernate etc
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience or knowledge in GraphQL, MongoDB, AI/ML
- Knowledge on AS400
