This is a remote position.
The Epic Environment & Release Analyst will support the governance, administration, and coordination of Epic environments, releases, and change-management activities. This role will serve as a key resource for Epic Data Courier administration, CAB/ECAB governance, release planning, Epic Nova review, and environment readiness.
The Analyst will partner with Epic application, platform, infrastructure, integration, security, training, operational, and vendor teams to ensure changes are appropriately governed, documented, tested, communicated, and deployed.
Administer Epic Data Courier, including migration of changes across Epic environments.
Manage Epic change-governance processes and facilitate CAB/ECAB meetings and approvals.
Maintain Epic environment, release, maintenance, and upgrade calendars.
Coordinate Epic Nova review activities and release-readiness efforts.
Support Epic Data Courier interface build and configuration.
Manage Item Profile Groups and Content Management activities.
Identify and resolve CID and UCI conflicts across Epic environments.
Coordinate production releases, maintenance windows, upgrades, and environment-readiness activities.
Maintain change and release documentation within ServiceNow and other governance tools.
Coordinate dependencies and timelines across application, technical, operational, and vendor teams.
Ensure adherence to established change-control and release-management standards.
4+ years of Epic Data Courier administration experience within a healthcare IT environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
Epic Data Courier Administrator Certification required.
Hands-on experience administering or facilitating CAB/ECAB and enterprise change-control processes.
Strong knowledge of Epic Data Courier interface build and configuration.
Experience with Item Profile Groups and Content Management.
Experience administering multi-environment Epic ecosystems.
Experience troubleshooting and resolving CID and UCI conflicts.
Familiarity with ServiceNow change-management workflows.
Strong organizational, documentation, communication, and meeting-facilitation skills.
Ability to manage multiple releases, stakeholders, dependencies, and deadlines simultaneously.
Epic Bridges Core Analyst badge/certification or equivalent interoperability experience.
4+ years supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, optimization, or Epic-hosted environments.
Experience with Epic Nova administration and release-note review.
