Position Purpose: Contributes to strategy and delivery of a product within a defined domain. Contributes, analyzes and guides the delivery of functionality within a product or service from end to end and through the lifecycle of the product.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Business Analysts to define and capture requirements for feature enhancements and new functionality
- Collaborate with engineering leadership on product delivery, resourcing needs and timeline shifts
- Communicates effectively with internal stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies
- Writes Stories/Spikes/Features with clear outcomes, milestones and acceptance criteria
- Drafts priority of feature backlog and refinement
- Assists with performance measurement of a defined product
- Monitors daily product and product testing metrics and overall product outcomes
- Executes the testing and validation of product features and functions as required
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
Education/Experience: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and requires 2 – 4 years of related experience.
Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
4+ years experience with agile software development practices, technology program and project management, business analysis preferred.
