The Role

Position Purpose: Contributes to strategy and delivery of a product within a defined domain. Contributes, analyzes and guides the delivery of functionality within a product or service from end to end and through the lifecycle of the product.  

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Business Analysts to define and capture requirements for feature enhancements and new functionality
  • Collaborate with engineering leadership on product delivery, resourcing needs and timeline shifts
  • Communicates effectively with internal stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies
  • Writes Stories/Spikes/Features with clear outcomes, milestones and acceptance criteria
  • Drafts priority of feature backlog and refinement
  • Assists with performance measurement of a defined product
  • Monitors daily product and product testing metrics and overall product outcomes
  • Executes the testing and validation of product features and functions as required
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.

Education/Experience: A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and requires 2 – 4 years of related experience.
Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
4+ years experience with agile software development practices, technology program and project management, business analysis preferred.

Pay Range: $63,600.00 - $114,600.00 per year

Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.  Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
