Enterprise Insights Specialist (Research Operations & Knowledge Management Strategy)

As the Enterprise Insights Specialist - Consumer & Client Research, you will bring deep consumer and client understanding, coupled with strategic foresight, to life to inspire profitable growth. You will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, perform custom research as applicable and drive project management for insights projects across consumer, client and field teams. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a self-starter mentality to have oversight of the projects across the function while also ensuring appropriate tracking of these projects.
As the central orchestrator and research librarian for our Enterprise Insights team, you will lead workflow optimization and institutionalize knowledge through disciplined archival. You will leverage AI to enhance insight discoverability, preventing redundant work and driving efficiencies across the team. By centralizing these assets, you will accelerate speed-to-discovery, allowing leadership to pivot quickly in response to emerging market trends. Ultimately, you will instill a rigorous discipline around intake and knowledge management to ensure every strategic decision is backed by the organization's collective intelligence, mitigating risk and driving sustainable competitive advantage.
What You'll Do:
Intake Process, Documentation & Traffic Support
- Workflow Oversight: Work with the team to manage and monitor research tasks in Jira to ensure project progress and resource efficiency.
- Intake Management: Ensure all initiatives begin with a logged research brief to define objectives and requirements.
- Status Reporting: As needed, provide updates on team capacity and project status based on Jira traffic metrics.
- Rights Compliance: Document and enforce sharing protocols for internal, field, and external access per guidelines.
- Insights Curation: Partner with leads to ensure research outputs are formatted for long-term searchability and actionability.
Knowledge & Data Management
- Knowledge Archival: Lead the systematic storage of findings across SharePoint and the Research Hub for easy retrieval.
- AI Integration: Leverage approved AI tools to automate the coding, tagging, and searching of research files.
- Quarterly Spotlights: Produce a quarterly digest of projects and impact (in partnership with respective teams) to drive enterprise-wide awareness.
- Standardization: Maintain team-wide standards for naming conventions and folder structures for a "single source of truth."
What You'll Bring To The Role
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience/knowledge desired in consumer insights, research & project management.
- Direct to consumer (B2C) category experience strongly preferred.
- Exposure and experience to custom research methodologies such as concept testing, communications evaluation and syndicated data collection/research.
- Expertise using MS Office tools such as Excel, Word and syndicated tools for project tracking.
- Strong technical market research skills that include; quantitative, qualitative, primary, and secondary.
- Experience should include budget management, and vendor management.
- Degree in business, marketing, social sciences, statistics or related field. Ideally from top-tier school.
- Strong business acumen.
- Financial Services Experience Not Required; but must have, or acquire soon after, intimate knowledge of NM field, markets, clients and products.
- Able to be both strategic and tactical, with strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills. Ability to unite key colleagues and cross-functional partners by gaining trust through demonstrating business expertise.
- Acts in the best interest of consumer / clients and the company.
- MBA or Master's Degree strongly preferred.

$105,480.00

$77,360.00 USD - $116,040.00 USD
Structure 115:
$80,880.00 USD - $121,320.00 USD

Skills Required
- 2-3 years experience in research and data analysis, including application of statistical research techniques
- B2C category experience
- Proficiency with Excel, Access, SQL, SAS, SPSS, Tableau or similar Business Intelligence tools
- Experience with advanced analytic techniques (Regression, Factor analysis, Cluster analysis)
- Experience with knowledge management platforms (SharePoint, Research Hub) and archival best practices
- Experience using Jira for workflow/task management
