Leads Marketing’s planning, PMO, strategic initiatives, budgeting, capacity management, performance measurement, and operational excellence. Serves as a trusted advisor and chief-of-staff partner to Marketing leadership, coordinating cross-functional programs, executive communications, change management, internal communications, and marketing ROI reporting. Oversees annual planning, resource allocation, financial management, process improvement, competency development, and enterprise-wide initiatives while ensuring alignment between marketing strategy, execution, and business objectives.

Owns product strategy, roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and delivery coordination for field-data and data-platform modernization. Translates governance, security, quality, migration, and consumer-enablement needs into product requirements and planning-ready work. Partners with engineering, data, security, audit, architecture, reporting, and business teams to manage dependencies, risks, testing, and operational stability. Facilitates agile ceremonies and uses platform metrics and stakeholder feedback to improve trusted data products and delivery outcomes.

Leads the acquisition, integration, modeling, and development of data analytics products. Designs data lake and warehouse solutions, builds ETL pipelines, applies engineering and CI/CD practices, supports analytics and machine learning applications, and ensures data quality and regulatory compliance. Collaborates with technical and business stakeholders, contributes to agile delivery, leads code reviews, mentors junior engineers, and develops enterprise data flows that establish a reliable source of truth.
